General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion is available once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

Casino Games
Live Casino and other games use a fully impartial RNG (Random Number Generator). Ha Baji does not control or influence game outcomes.

Any activity that violates Ha Baji's Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited. The following actions will result in permanent account closure:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
- Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
- Placing bets using automated software or bots.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
- Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in Ha Baji's systems for personal gain.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
- Threatening or harassing other members or Ha Baji staff.
Warning: If prohibited activity is found, the account will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
Ha Baji may temporarily or permanently close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:
- Suspected or confirmed violation of the Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
- Prolonged account inactivity.
- At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
Closed at Member's Request
You can close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus balance) can be withdrawn before closure. You may also take a temporary break as part of responsible gaming.
